How soon will my order ship?

We aim to ship most orders (prints, books and greeting card) within 1-2 working days and paper cutting orders within 3-5 working days.

Shipping upgrades are available (for both domestic and international orders) if you need an item sooner or by a certain date, just contact me and I’d be more than happy to help you.

Can I get this print in a larger, smaller, or custom size?

All prints in the shop are available as 8x10. If you'd like a larger, smaller, or custom size, please Contact Lydia to see if it's an option.

How do you ship your orders, and how fast can I expect it to arrive?

UK orders usually take 1-2 working days after the item has been shipped.

International orders usually take 3-5 working days after item has been shipped. N.B. this shipping timing can increase depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied and require an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of recieveing your order. Please see our Returns Page for details.

We sadly don't offer refunds on bespoke or personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.

N.B. A lot of our items are handmade, therefore there may be subtle, unique variations from the products in the photos versus the ones you will receive in the mail. However, these variations will never compromise the integrity of the overall product.
